Default Moving to washington need some help

Hey everyone, well this is my first post but im moving from hawaii to washington and looking for some advice. Anyways im trying to find a decent apartment to rent, 1 bdrm, that is somewhere with a good job area. The wife is afraid of the mt. rainer lava thing so no puyallup or that area. I was thinking about moving to kent or federal way and finding a job somewhere around there. Im good with electronics, or anything construction. I was going to try out for the local police but i dont meet the credit financial thing so i cant do that. Anyways any help is great, the apartment is only temp until i can save up for a down on a house. O ya also looking for a apartment around 600-800. Thanks for any help

I think Kent is still within range of the lahar from Mt. Rainier. I'm not much help lol, but Federal Way sucks, and please, unless you want to hand out speeding tickets all day long, don't become a Federal Way cop, they SERIOUSLY suck.

edit: I do know of a decent apartment complex over by Enchanted Village in Federal Way. Guy I knew had a two bedroom with an attached garage for like $800 a month or something. Complex was gated all day long. I'd have to drive by there sometime to get the name of the complex though.

Check SeattleTimes.com for jobs and apartments! A lot of times there will be web pages to contact or toll free numbers to call and inquire about availabilities.

I guess I'm in that other 11%.

Just had it checked because my brother and I are really looking into buying a house. We're probably gonna wait a short while so we can write up all the P and S agreements and all the other stuff ourselves when we get our licenses. If anyone is getting a split of the commision, may as well be one of us.
