is that a 92 prelude engine you're swapping in?
just curious... if u are swapping it in, how do you plan on getting it passed since the engine year is older than your car?

We have emissions testing here in MD, though no where near as strict as CA.
As far as I know, the MD DOT doesn't care what motor you have as long as it passes the emissions test. I've already had one test with the hybrid with zero problems.
