Sanding Header?
haha sanding has nothing to do with glowing red hot. But it will make the header clean again. Gets rid of all the tarnishing and bullshit. Makes a nice finish once you get it hot again.

Headers do get red hot, when driven long enough.

Absolutely correct. Sanded or not though haha. The sanding will have nothing to do with how red your header glows. Unless you sand it so that the metal is about 1/32" haha. Then it will get hot faster and turn red.

Tahts the only thing i can think of, hes actualy wanting to sand it enough to make the metal thinner so that it heats up quicker, which IMO would be ******* retarded.
