Default b16a swap done but not power.

I have a b16a in my EF.. I don't know what is wrong.. The motor runs good, clutch is good (was able to chirp tires). but the car seems slow.. doesn't seem to get the power to the wheels. can ne one help?? ne suggestions? gonna check the tranny tomorrow.. what should i look for.. I have an S1 maybe gonna swap to a J1 which is better of the two??

a strawsize exhaust can make it seem gutless.!!
or a clogged cat...check BOTH...

i'm dropped at the end of the header so I know it's not that.. thinking its something with the tranny or in that area.

what should my compression be?? could it have nething to do with transmission?

anywhere between 195-210, and make sure that the numbers
are the same across all four cylinders..+/- 5%

good luck...hope u dont have a fucked motor..!

if my compression is off it's only a matter of replacing the piston rings right??

it depends
it could be a few things that lead to a low compression..
im not a mechanic by trade, so get a pro to check and make
sure the motor is healthy..
