It's a very good exhaust. I've sold many and never had any complaints on quality, sound or performance. I'll let one of them chime in here and let you know how he feels.

not much of a gain over the stock 05-06 exhaust but it really depends on what your looking for

my friend has one on his bolt on, with reflashed EP.

sounds super sweet. not throaty like an apex n1, but more higher pitched. i love it.

one of the greatest sounding exhausts, but one of the worst performing exhausts

I had it when i was all-motor and for a year when i was turbo... Great quality and sound... deep tone and yet, quiet. The piping is only 2.36 i believe, so its not the best for top-end performer.

the pipe narrows right before the muffler
visually, its a noticable difference

Jesus, I love all the misconceptions about the bottleneck in the Powergetter comgin from people who don't even have it! It is totally inside the muffler and NO WHERE ELSE! The entire piping is 60.5mm from the flange right into the muffler. It is in the muffler where it necks down and that is to control sound. Buddyclub does it with their Spec4 mufflers too and here is a cutout of it:

The bottleneck is only about 6" long inside the muffler, so it does not have a huge negative effect on performance when used in a mild application. It is certainly better than any stock system for the RSX, including the TypeR setup with the valve. The stock setups are smaller piping diameter than the bottleneck for the entire rear section of the exhaust. Here is a pic comparing the PG rear section to the stock 05+ rear section, see how the pipe is full diameter all the way into the muffler....
