I got a cel 22 and my car goes into limp mode

we switched out the solinoid (sorry for spelling) from another EG (vtec works fine on that car) and it still turns on the check engine light when i floor it threw 3rd. cant go passed 5k rpms

we just built this d16z6-t so we dont know whats wrong

any help?

I also got a cel 6 which is the water temp but im gunna fix that
