Default 95 EX Civic Coupe With delsol style top Will it work

I have a 95 civic EX coupe and want to cut my top/sunroof out and do a delsol style top. do u guys think it would work I would buy an aftermarket carbon fiber top to do this with.

that way you dont have to rice out your civic

EDIT: go for it, your cars got a bodykit, probly gets you laughed at enough

you will need to stiffen the chassis.

Why do a removable top? Just make the car a convertible. It will look a lot less stupid as a convertible.

P.S. I think this thread is a joke. The carbon fiber roof gives it away.

the kit is coming off very soon, got factory front rear and sides from honda, soon I am getting carbon fiber fenders but I never seen the roof done like this before and was looking for help

p.s. I did the kit back in high school when the rents would not let me work on the motor

no joke VIS makes the roof for the delsol I really want to do this and am looking for some tips and help

well 1st off theres a reason your car didnt come factory like that, theres no support there so your cars gunna like, bend going around corners

your car weight 2231

del sol weight 2387

that 156lbs of weight is MAKING SURE you dont DIE if you crash because the top can come off

save the EJ and buy a del sol

i just gave u all the tips ur gunna need

dont do it, youll spend more on that than you would to put a bigger motor in your car

like a GSR or a b16

and thanks just looking for more before I make my mind up just doing reseach and I not getting a bigger motor were are building a jdm d15b for turbo and spry

Your roof is too wide for the targa top. It's been tried.
