White Guage Face Problem
i have the white guage face in my car(bought it like that). lately while im driving it will go off but the lights for the milage will stay on. then it will flicker sometimes then it eventually comes back
any suggestions on what the problem is or how i go about fixing it?
also, if i take that white face out, will it be black backround w/ amber numbers and guages?
thanks

Sounds like a connection/grounding issue. Maybe the wires that are connected together for the gauges are grounding out behind the instrument panel. Make sure the wires have good connections and that no metal is showing. That's my guess.
About the white faces, it sounds like you have a JDM gauge cluster which are permanently white. If they are just covers than it sould still be black in back of them. I hate those covers.
im pretty sure it's just the white cover and it all lights up white. im not sure i'll have to take it apart and look at it, if it is the white face i might just take it out and have the black. i just like the white face cause it makes it brighter when i glance at it like on a gloomy day or something
