Default OEM rear LCAs, quick question...

I drive a 98 Civic coupe and was doing some suspension work in the rear and noticed something that didnt seem right. It seems that the passenger side LCA is the same as the driver side... only its been flip around???? Did this come like that from the factory? Are the left and right LCAs the same part? If not, I am beginning to think that before I bought my car, it may have been in an accident and when it was repaired they just used a driver side LCA. I could be wrong maybe??? Before I do a history report, I just thought I would get some info from you guys...thanks

For all '96-00 Civics, the same part is used for both left and right rear lower control arms.
