check the FAQ for a link to a F23 block with a H23 head. That'll give you a good idea of whats involved.

Also, search, I'm sure there are people who have put a H23 head onto a F22 block.

 

Their not that bad from what I've been told and its not that hard to install.

 

IVE JUST FINISHED THE INSTALL THE ONLY REAL PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE TIMING BELT TENSIONER, THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ADJUSTMENT I HAD TO LEAVE THE SPRING OFF AND USE A PRY BHAR TO GET ENOUGH TENSION, I HAVENT RAN IT YET BUT I WILL TODAY THANKS
