what else can i expect out of this? should i go new or up grade and if i up grade woul i have to do all internals help

 

No matter what you do I would pull the head off and make sure there isn't more damage than is visible with just the valve cover off. If you had a couple valves hanging open, there is a good chance that there is a lot more damage. Remember, Honda motors are interference motors.
