DC knuckles same as EK ??

DC knuckles same as EK ??
I tried to search...and am still confused.
Everyone says to bolt DC calipers/rotors to the EK knuckles, but if i wanted to swap complete front DC non ITR brakes/knuckles and complete rear trailing arm/brake assy onto an EK coupe,
would there be any negative effects? camber problems? are the DC and EK knuckles identical? what brake lines to use, and which ebrake cable do i need?
