Default Oil question for Euro and Ausi owners.

What brand of oil do you guys use??
There are so many brand of oil from Europe that I had trouble to determine what to use. Plus there are tons of oil from Japan that I never heard of and they cost as if they are gold. Reason I asked is I just moved back to Asia and I had hard time chooseing an oil for my car.

I used good Dino oil for the first 10,000 Kms (what ever that is in miles.) then changed to Mobil 1 Tri-Syn 0w-40. I'm now up to 45,000 Kms. I get an Oil change every 10,000, Plus all the filters( I can't think why people would put new Oil through an old Oil Filter, at the price).
It's been 5,000 since my last Oil change and I just checked the level ( I thought it would need abit) But the Level is spot-on. No track days since the oil change, but I'll Rev-it right-up there, least for the first 2 gears...yes by then I'm over or near the speed limit. Still unless I'm at the track ...ringing it's neck. Even then it only needs a mouth full. (a couple of hundreds mls) I Luv Mobil 1 0W-40.

Just my 2c
