I am thinking of purchasing the Greddy Evo but have two questions, there is supposedly little rust around midpipe and what is the diameter size of the piping? I plan to boost the car later on but would like to have an exhaust at this time.

I bit of rust probably isn't big issue, but it depends upon how severe it is. As for the piping size, it's 60mm, which isn't necessarily ideal for a turbo setup.
