Yes, Fidanza is a very good choice, assuming you are comfortable with the fact that it's extremely light.

I have a findaza flywheel on my b16 and it's fine for a daily driver. Took about a week to get used to it, but now there's no trouble.

I didn't notice any power or economy gains, but revmatching is much easier and shifting in general feels better - I don't get any grinds, everything just feels "easier". I did get a more noticable vibration at idle, keep that in mind.

thats funny, i havent noticed that with mine... I did feel more vibration when engaging first but since Ive gotten used to it with shifting and so on its gotten better...

What are the disadvantages of a lightweight flywheel anyways.... Longterm wise..?

if you think a lighter flywheel is going to give you more power, you're wrong.

Of course a light flywheel will never give more hp,i've a fidanza stage 3 clutch kit accompanied with a 7.5lbs flywheel. The noticeable gain is through shifting, the lightened flywheel will give a little more acceleration through 4000-6500,approximately.i tested it with a stock one.You should get the package on ebay that will cost you around $400.

I've got the Fidanza 7.5#, and it's quality. Don't worry about the lighter weight.

I love my Fidanza Flywheel.
Takes a little getting used to tho if you are used to the stock ~18lbs flywheel. Makes an enjoyable difference tho

It doenst create any actual HP, but it transfers the power more efficiently, making the overall feel a little more responsive.

I also like mine. I went from a 22lb flywheel to a 7lb fidanza. i think its a 22lb, h22a4.
did take some getting use too. when DD shifting the rpm falls very fast, youl notivce you have to rev-match almost every shift. big loss in inertia, major gain in accelleration.
Hp and Tq are made at the crank... so yea, there is no loss or gain in actual power.
some will say that a light flywheel makes you car slower cuz you lose TQ, thats just stupid and you should not listen to it.
