How can I read this code? Is there somewhere I can stick a paperclip and count the flashing lights?

 

Passenger footwell. Either jump the harness down there, or the ecu has a light on it you can count as well.

 

What part of the harness do I jump?

 

Figured Id hop in this thread since my OBD0 Crx has the ECU from my old b16 swap. I currently have a b17 motor however. Last night we put in my brand new stage 1 cams & gears. Car seems to run fine, but my check engine light is flashing, with long flashes and pauses in between. Starts and continues when Im barely getting on it, accelerating. If I am driving very slow or stop for awhile it shuts off, then starts flashing again when I start accelerating through gears. The red light on the ECU is NOT coming on at all though, which is why Im at a loss.
