Get it tuned and it will be, and don't run like 30psi with a gt70R.

Do a compression test to see how healthy the engine is and go from there.

pretty much what he said. small turbo and conservative tune and everything will be fine (especially if its not built). it wont be crazy fast but you will see (feel) a significant power gain.

a t3 with like 10psi tuned properly would be tons of fun and pretty reliable. It would be cheap too
