I am going to be getting some coil overs for my R. I was planning on getting the skunk2 but a friend of mine told me not to. He said they didn't ride good and to get ground control instead. Does any one else have an opinion about this???

 

Its not even a question which is better. Ground control is so much nicer. You can specify your own spring rates, plus it is just a higher quality piece.

 

GC's are MUCH better.

 

What is the problem with the skunk2 coils that alot of people perfer the GC? What is the main difference? Has anyone had both?

Ive had both ground control and skunk coilovers. Lets just say i wish i kept my ground control.........

 

Between those two I would say Ground Control.

The main complaint I hear about the Skunk2 is that they have a harsh ride and are bouncy.

 

Not to mention the sleeves crack on the Junk 2s

 

Ground Controls use Eibach springs.
