Which is best
I am deciding wether to mod my regular stock 4-cylinder v-tech engine that came in my 98 honda accord. i was going to add an expensive turbo kit to it, the problem with that is that the engine has 160,000 miles on it. i want to get my engine horse power up to about 225-250 so that i can drive it on the road normally. i was debating wether i should go ahead and get a new h22 engine instead of adding on the turbo kit. which would be better in the long run with less headache?
first your spelling needs to be corrected.
second, it's vtec.
third, it's going to take a lot of work and hell to get 250 more horsepower. if you want to boost.. i would make sure your car and it's engine is in right condition.

Depending on the amount of money you have, I would go for the H22 swap. Headache? I'm not sure... I would think it would probably be more of a headache to boost an old motor and blow it and have to end up getting a swap after all. Just my opinion.
