whats up everyone?,,the name is CeeZ and im having a very annoying prob.

i have a 91 ed si--y7 block--y8 head--pgm-fi intake mani--zex cam--adjustable cam gear--obd0 pm6--obd0 dizzy--obd2 injectors & plugs without resistor box--

my car idles fine, but when you rev it @ 1500 you get a slow BUMM BUMM BUMMthe higher you try to rev it the closser and faster the BUMM BUMM BUMM, it souonds as if it had a 2 stage or rev limiter.

i had 6 codes when i put the y8 head on,,now i only have 2 --3 & 14
i also have a 88 or 89 crx si ecu, when i use it i only get code 14

tested the tps and is fine so was my map sensor.
i have tried just about everything, and i still cant figure it out.

somebody,,, anybody,,,HEELLLPPPP!!!!!!

 

What codes i need all of it and i will explain the code and what causes it.

i have code 3= manifold absolute pressure,,checked vac lines no leaks, and tested sensor and it is good

code 14=electronic air control valve, i have tried three diffrent ones and still have the same prob.

what timing belt shoould i be using? im using y7 right now,,checked my timing and it was off one tooth but sound and idle perfect,,,changed it and set it dead on and now it sounds way retarded.

 

any help would be good help right now,,,
