Default Shop Integra: 499whp 341ft-lbs 93 octane

We were at the shop til early this morning tuning our shop's Integra. This was on 93 octane pump gas from the little market next door. We were running short on time so we just put the stock distributor on. The T1 kit is sitting here waiting to go on. Another day. We're short on time as we're leaving for Orlando so I didnt get many pictures and dont have the video camera here to upload video

* 84mm Benson sleeved B18c1 (Old style sleeves)
* Stock port B16a head
* Skunk2 valve springs
* Manley valves
* ITR cams (Skunk2 S1 waiting to go in)
* PT-67
* Wiseco 8.8:1 pistons (prepped domes)
* Crower rods
* AEM EMS 30-1040
* All new harnesses
* GM 3-bar map sensor
* AEM boost control solenoid (I love this thing. Minor boost fluctuation up top that will be dealt with)
* 1000cc fuel injectors
* Walbro 255-hp in-tank

It was running 22.XXlbs but up top it would creep to 25.XXlbs and back down to 22.XXlbs. Weird issue that we need to figure out. On the way to Orlando we thought it blew a head gasket. No big deal. We were pushing the limits of pump gas. Nope. Took the head off. Two of the cylinder sleeves had sunk. We called Dan Benson to discuss it with him. Very cool guy. Even though these are his much older sleeves he is still going to warranty it While the head is off we are switching to Skunk2 Pro valve springs, Skunk2 Pro-I cams, head is being resurfaced and getting a 3-angle valve job from our machine shop, etc. Also thinking about adding another power adder Once the car is running again will retune pump gas and take it to Bradenton Motorsports Park for a Test and Tune. Dan Benson

This stock ignition did alright because all the components are new or close to new. The T1 kit will do 10x better though
