im building a k20a motor and i was wonder ing which is a better brand

those cams you posted aren't even in the same class. BC Spec III cams are a stg 2 cam, while the Skunk2 Pro Series 3 are even higher. you'll get more power out of the Pro Series
ive heard good things about both, although id go buddy club, for the whole JDM thing... but if your not set on those brands, checkout brian crower, or crower stage 2s.
The Crowers give good top end, but, the brians crowers sacrifice some top for awesome mid and better torque. My buddy has the BC2's, and he did 215whp, which is not bad (you can get there without cams and a good tune) but his torque is close to 160wtq. really depends on what you want. oh, they pull till 9100 too, so....
now, if ur going allout full built N/A motor, go ful Toda, that would be badass

i've heard people have had problem with Skunk2 cams. you could go with IPS K2 cams, they are expensive but they are designed to work with OEM valvetrain, so really they're cheaper after you work everything out.
