Default Weird sound.......

Couple of days ago I heard his wierd sound when reversing out of my drive way. I put it into reverse and when I step on the gas and start moving a chainsaw kind of sound appears. When I start driving I don't hear the sound unless I downshift or let it ride in a certain gear. My friend tells me it could be my flywheel or my clutch. It might be my cutch but all my gears sounds fine. It doesn't grind when it goes in only when I leave it into the gear. If anybody has any suggestions then please let me know. Peace
