Default TB coolant bypass, quick question...

I've read doing this it just takes longer to warm up, but does it also make it for harder start ups in cold/cooler weather? Will it affect idle in anyway? Or neither...

Thanks.

I bypassed the FITV when I did an intake manifold swap awhile back. The car isnt driven daily and rarely ever comes out of the garage with temps below 50 degrees. It will take longer to warm up and will affect your cold idle, when bypassing the fitv. If you drive it daily, yr round and get frequent temps below 40 degrees I wouldnt recommend it due to the chance of t-body icing. My .02.
