**NEW SET-UP WARNING SKUNK2 INSIDE**
Just wanted to post some pics of my hatch that I picked up a two months ago. I'm building this car as a daily driver that will see very regular track duty. So with that In mind suspension is my main focus on this car and I knew my old set-up had to go. I picked up my new Skunk2 Pro-C suspension earlier this week and couldn't wait to test them out. I finished installing the new set-up late Wednesday night and couldn't resist taking the car out for a little spin. All I could say was WOW over and over again. The difference was night and day compared to all my other setups. From the moment I got on the freeway (shitty 710) the car road so smooth i could not believe it. I was totally expecting a really stiff ride, but i was totally blown away at how smooth, tight and responsive the car felt that I had to call my buddy and have him drive my car. My buddy drives an EVO IX MR and when I told him my hatch felt just like his MR if not better, he was doubt full. So i picked him up and we headed to a local canyon, he was also blown away at how good the car handled and agreed with my comparison. After one full day of driving all around L.A. with the damper settings at Soft (rear) Medium (front) I can honestly say this has to be the best suspension I have ever driven on. Like I said the ride is so smooth and not "bouncy" at all. At certain train track crossings i would actually speed up to compare with my previous set-up's and the Pro-C did not let me down. It soaked up everything I threw at it all day long. For those that like to "Ride Low" I still had about 2.5-3.0" more of adjustment to lower my car. I also picked up the new Clear Anodized finish Lower Control Arms and Pro-Series Plus Camber kit for the front. I will post more feed back on the Pro-C once i start to play with the different settings a bit more and also get some video up.

MSRP on these is around $1,200, but trust me well worth every last penny. For an off the shelf coilover system it doesn't get any better

Ooo, I like it. Wish I could dedicate a good chunk of change to higher quality suspension like this.
Don't change the ride height, it looks awesome, and I don't know if you want to compromise the superior handling ability that you payed so much for by lowering it further.

Honestly not to take anything away from F2, but the Skunk2 Pro-C is just on another level all together. My F2's were running 8K front 6K rear were as the Pro-C comes with 10K front 8K rear. I set the damping the just about the same on both but the ride on the Pro-C is just so "Refined" is the best word that can use to describe how it feels. The car feels tight and very responsive and the body roll is very minimal if any. Were as the F2's felt a bit "bouncy" and harsh at times, you would feel a bit more body roll with it as well. Also my rear end would tend get loose on me alot up in the canyons. Yes the Pro-C i a bit more money, but I guarantee the first time you drive your car you will see what a steal it is at that price and worth every hard earned penny

They always look so damn nice when u first pop them new springs and shocks in. then a few months go by and then it rains. and next time u jack up ur car u say. damn they used to look so good. good thing u took pics so u can always remember when they were sqeeky clean.
I have the S2 lcas also on my ek but my si anti-sway bar wont fit into the lca because the holes are threaded. How did you get your sway bar in because I think I might have to drill the hole to get rid of the threads, that way the endlink bolt can go right in. Also, does it matter which of the three holes you use?

Why? Is there something powerful enough under his hood to need such an upgrade?
OP, what's the powerplant?

If the car really sees "regular track duty" he would benefit greatly from fade-resistant discs in the rear. For some reason, though - mainly because he has the fronts set to medium and the rears at soft - I doubt he does the kind of "regular track duty" I would care about.
More rate and more rebound in the rear helps our cars. Put the rears at hard.

yes it does, the outer hole (closes to the wheels) will give you a harder sway bar setting as appose to the inner hole which will give you a softer setting. And you don't have to drill out the control arms at all. Just go down to your local hardware store and have them find you a bolt with the right thread and sufficient length to match you control arms and end links, LOL thats what i did.

Okay, so that answers that question.
Well, looks like you are all set. When are you upgrading your rear brakes? Any thoughts on a mild supercharger for some extra auto-X sturdiness, or is it all motor built?
