Default Heater Core Removal.

ok 92 accord lx. I im/in the process of wire tucking. I want to relocated the fusebox and all the rest of the wires in through the fender, but it seems like i have to take out the heater core(the black box next to the AC evap. on the pass side). My question is, can i remove that WITHOUT taking out my dash? or is it absolutely necessary to remove the dash?

that's not the heater core,, that's the blower motor assembly, and yes you can remove it without removing the dash,

If you're referring to the boc to the right of the evaporator, yes that's the blower assembly and it's possible to remove it. Take out the two nuts inside the door jamb on the side of the dashboard. Make sure you unscrew the wire harness near the kickpanel or you can't get it out.

If you're talking about the heater core to the left, you've gotta take out the whole dash.
