Does anyone know what type of marker they use to mark the valve covers when they are imported?

haha I think its actually a some-what perm. pen they use in welding shops? I could be wrong tho?

 

paint pens. its perm on there too i did my intake manifold cover in them. couple months later still looks fresh.

 

same kind local junk yards use, paint markers

let me guess you are trying to mark up your usdm valve cover to make it look like jdm, or you are trying to mark up a usdm engine to sell as jdm?
