Kid probably got them from ebay or a junk yard...***** aint gonna give u vins...who tha hell ride around with papers for seats

this looks suspicious...check this out...i posted that i wanted them...and i get a pm from another guy (DEV), which said, "the best I can do is 500 without the armrest"...
thats odd since the guy who originally posted is 91blksi....
these look like stolen seats to me...

got any more pics of these??? along with the closeup of the badge number?????


why would another guy give me a final price if hes not the one selling it? can someone clear this up for me? one guy is from bronx ny, the other from orange nj. they apparantly are giving me prices for the same seats, but there is only one set of seats, and 2 people......2 different names, 2 different locations, 1 set of seats......WTF???

Excuse me? Im sorry, but I think any sensible person would agree that you have better odds finding RSX or S2000 seats in a junkyard than finding ITR seats. Until you post the armrest number/VIN number, I am going to assume that these seats are stolen. Call me ignorant if you want, but im tired of seeing people selling stolen ****. If they are legitimate, then all is well. But don't try to sell one of the most stolen items in the Honda world without proof that they aren't stolen.

 

Nice seats if i still had my teg i would get them from you , i dont think any of you are in a position to accuse him of selling "stolen seats" unless you actually know , gettin tired of these "honda tech detectives" but regardless nice seats.

I'm probably more tired of stolen seats than "H-T Detectives". Im not calling the OP a thief, but I am saying the seats might be stolen. They don't become 'unstolen' just because they traded hands.

 

yea i think someone has a better chance of getting hit by lightning, than to find some mint *** type r seats at a junkyard...

But you dont know that they are , matter of fact you dont have any reason to post that you think they just because he said they came from a "junkyard" doesnt mean they didnt Type-r's end up in junk yards yea its rare but it happens im just sayin get off his back you dont have any evidence hes not legit your just on a hunch and from the looks of it jacking his thread , if they are legit i doubt hes gonna have vin # for proof i dont carry around vin #'s for my seats.

Why would the seats not be mint they are type r if they are in a junkyard more then likely they will still be clean if the owner took care of them , and finding them is not that hard they go through auctions and salvage yards more then you think but im sure people tear them apart as soon as they find out they are there as would i .

So, by that logic, how do you know im not interested in buying the seats, and i just want to make sure that I'm not buying stolen goods? Im local to him.

OP, I don't mean to thread jack, but if you have ever had anything stolen from you, im sure you'd understand.

 

IMHO if they were legit, he would have already told us where he got them from and provided the badge number off of the arm rest...
