pr3's in a LS
I am planning on building an all motor b18b. but right now i had to change the rings in my ls. since i was in the block i went ahead and dropped in some ACL bearings, new rings and pr3 pistons. i want to know can i run the stock ls with theses pistons on the stock ecu until i get my gsr head and chipped ecu???
Yes.
P.S.- When you crank your motor up for the first time, you'll know if you can run them or not. Why? Because you'll hear it loud and clear if it isn't working. LOL
Honestly, I think you'll be fine.
I hope this helps.

I have PR3s in my LSVTEC with omni power flat faced valves,I run 94 oct. at 13deg. btdc on a virgin p28 for 6 months now daily driver. I ran 14.5 at 97mph 5 times in a row on street tires and it still runs mint you'll be fine.
P.S IMO I would never use acl bearings, use your color codes.
