never dealt with blacktrax. i know they make the manifold spacers that are supposed to work (never tried them) Alaniz, and portflow are race proven though. And you say you want a really good all motor port. Alaniz and Portflow are both excellent choices.

A head that flows more at the expense of velocity will not make as much power as a lower flowing head with good velocity. Simply put, bigger (more flow) does not = better. That is why you pay top dollar for the guys that have this down to a science like portflow, Alainz and RLZ vs "Joe's back yard-head-butchering shop". Both will flow but only one will make power.

Portflow is a great choice. depending on what you plan on doing with the car there are several different options. and depends on what else you have done to the motor. here's several different scenarios;
1. stock block, headwork, daily driver, skunk2 stage 2 with skunk valvetrain.
2. stock block, headwork, daily driver, skunk2 pro 1's (little bit of a rough idle but not too bad) with skunk valvetrain.
3. High compression piston / big bore, sleeved, etc, non daily, sk2 pro 2's with pro series valvetrain.
so it depends on your setup and what you plan on doing with the car, if its just stock and with a head and daily driver go with the sk2 stage 2's, good idle and great power. if you don't mind a not exactly perfect but not too bad idle then pro 1's. we made 210 hp with stock motor and pro 1's no headwork.

dail driver, stock block. head work w/either portflow int... or skunk2 w/skunk2 stage 2 cams.
the block will be going to golden eagle later to get it sleeved.
im planing to get a f23 crank and rods (if i can fing one) w/either type s pistons or just go high comp...

i got mine in 2 weeks just as he said. and alaniz is race prooven just do your home work and dont pay atention to the horror stories because most of the people that talk smack about them have never even gotten a head ported by them...so good luck...
