Default A-SPEC SUSPENSION?

Am plaining on getting 18x8 enkei RPO3 (sbc) on my Rsx (type-s) and want to due suspension as well. I want to get the A-spec suspensions for the rsx, but i wanted to see if any one has the suspensions and if its worth getting. I dont want to lower my car to low and the A-spec suspension lowers the car an inch which is fine. I also have warranty on my rsx and the A-spec will not void the warranty since its an oem part.

If possible post pictures of your rsx on A-spec suspension.

thank you for taking the time.

not low enough imo
i would shoot for eibach pro-kit or teins

and remember to have the dealership install the suspension for your a-spec if you wish to keep the warranty

A-Spec suspension is a great setup, especially for the price.

As for the 18" wheels...17" provides a much better tire selection. An 18x8 is a very large wheel for that car, and you'll probably need to roll your fenders--especially in the rear.

Better tire selection? Every tire comes in the 225-40-18 size required by the RSX.

I had ZERO issues with fender rubbing under any condition. 18x8 fits perfectly with the correct offset. I also had the same wheels when I was alot lower on Megan Coilovers and there was ZERO issues too.

Also, there are lowering springs out there that will drop the car more, but they do not perform nearly as good because they are not setup with matching shocks.

In very rare conditions will I scrape, but it's not noticeable until you get on the ground and look under my a-spec front lip. I love my a-spec suspension.......

What are you talking about? The guy wants to put 18's on his car, and another guy said not too because the tire selection for 18's was limited....all I said was that there are many tires to choose from in the proper 18" size for the RSX!

I've heard from the dealership that they are a little different. I think they did make a few changes to the suspension from 02-04 to 05-06. Anyone no for a fact?

I think it'll bolt on with no problems since it is the entire spring/strut/tophat setup.
