Default Head swapping on H22A

Okay, well as everyone probably knows.... I bent almost all the valves in my motor overrevving the hell out of it right??? Well I'm getting it all rebuilt for 675 bucks... but I got an offer today of a guy selling a USDM head with full valvetrain for 400 bucks if I trade him my broken JDM head so he can rebuild it.......

Would there be any sacrifices of putting the USDM head onto my JDM block??? Perhaps like lowering the compression ratio or anything?? Let me know, cause this is a hella deal son....

you can find complete heads for cheaper than that, not to mention you are trading. Just because you bent the valves, doesnt mean the head is trashed....just depends on the damage. I picked up one for 200 bucks which was complete and had 60k miles.
