Fit civic and integras they are spring rated for a integra. I just pulled these off integra (putting it back to stock)

They are for tokico shocks (were on illuminas)

Ill trade them for a clean set of del sol seats or CLOTH integra seats

That really depends on what shocks your putting them on. If your going to put them on blues then its soft and bouncy

On tokico adjustables the ride is very nice.

 

still need that integra driver side seat? hit me up man!!!
