Intercooler Sizing for 500+ whp?
Hey guys, i'm in the market for a new IC. I hope to make over 500-550whp in the next two months, just looking for the next piece of the puzzle. What are you guys running in your high horspower cars?

intercooler, about a 26"x10"x3" core will do. some do it with smaller. a lot depends on the design of the core i.e. tube and fin or bar and plate.

Reading OWNZ Anthony lol 
Precision offers a 600hp intercooler AS1025 31.5 x 8 x 3.5" , this would work well or also step up to the AS1026 750hp ic 31.5 x 10.2 x 3.5 "
Precision uses Garrett Bar and plate cores and weld there own cast end tanks on, keep in mind the length includes the end tanks which are about 7" total for both I do believe

Oh and I'm making 554 hp with a lovely Speaco from ebay... should be putting more down in a couple weeks.. my core size is 3"x10"x27"

I'd go with anything over 10inches in height and 3inches thick. height and thickness make a bigger difference than length of the intercooler.
