i have a b16a2 motor now and im switching to a b18c1 block with a jdm b16 head with jdm itr cams and valve train..what pistons should i put in the block

company/ compression?

 

What do you want out of it?

 

to still be able 2 run pumped gas..a friend of mine told me to go 11.5 because the b16 head will drop the compression to 11.1 so it will be mint.

 

i went with jdm os itr pistons and bored/hone my block.

 

im running 12.5:1 compression on 93 with a b16a2 head. im using je pistons and eagle h-beam rods.

 

p30's or p73's

no you don't, your compression will be high (12.6:1), go with P30, PR3, or P73-00 pistons, that will keep you around a safe USEABLE compression ratio (11-11.5:1 range).

 

JDM P30 pistons.

 

jdm p30?...what pistons are thoos and where can i get them from for a ok price...

 

They came in the JDM b16a's and if you do a search on them you'll probably find some for sale on here. Ebay always has lots of them on there as well.
