Hey guys

Can anyone help me! I have a 94 honda accord with both turn signals not working. (flashers work). I have replace combo switch and flasher relay with no help! The schematics that i am looking at shows a icu (side marker flasher relay circuit) but i dont know where and what it would look like! any help please!!!

 

Does the schematic show the turn signals also going through the hazard switch, even though the hazards work, some cars use a seperate section for turn signals, maybe not on yours though.
