Most quality cat-back systems have the manufacturer or the name of the exhaust engraved into the tip. Walk by the car check the tip, then google it.

you might be thinking of the apexi NA muffler.

that muffler has a 60MM tip which is about 3 inches... is it even close to what your looking for?

yes thats the closest so far. but the outlet was smaller i think and it had a rolled back tip. so the tip wasn't a sharp edge

ok the can looks loke the can of this one
you might be thinking of the apexi NA muffler.
http://www.midwestspeedsupply.com/im...r.jpg[/img]
the can does not funnel down to the outlet it was a flat edge like the one above
the outlet tip was about 2" in diameter and about 2" in length
with a rolled back tip

you mentioned rolled back tip. the first thing that came into my mind was the Greddy SP2 exhaust.

this one?

yea... $370 for JUST a muffler is waaay to much. add custom piping on top and your at least $600 down... my megan drift spec was like $365 shipped and its full stainless from the cat back 2.5 inch mandrel bent pipe... cant beat it.

if u think 370 for just a muffler is alot? ugh my sister spent $2,200 on her greddy MUFFLER for her 91 gsx a few years ago. i still think she's the biggest dumbass in the world. thats why girls aren't supposed to play cars.

i spent 140$ for my full magnaflow catback exhaust with shop hook up

edit : but ur grandma owning a muffler / misc car repair shop helps

IMO exhaust is exhaust.. price doesnt make it better its just "bling points" just for what looks good and what you like... sound is important too... just because you spend 2k on a exhaust dosnt mean its going to be better than a $400 exhaust... with the price difference more parts could have been baughten.
