Is this a real Spoon EK duck bill?

Is this a real Spoon EK duck bill?
I bought this spoiler in the spring from an overseas seller on Ebay. It was painted championship white. There were no labels showing the name but the underside looked the same as ones I had seen on here and the seller assured me it was real, so I took my chances. I am now parting out my car so this will soon be up for sale. Is anyone able to tell me if it's real and if so, what's it worth? I think if it is real it may have been a second grade piece, perhaps that's why it was painted, there are some imperfections around the main corner on the rear. The streaks of white are areas I've not yet sanded, not the imperfections I mentioned.
