Spring Rate

What is good spring rate of spring to get to achieve an almost stock ride qualtiy?

So is 450 way too much for street use?

my spring rates are above 450 and i drive it on teh street all the time. compared to stock its stiff as hell. if you want a stock feel and ride, stay below 200.

450 will be very stiff for the street. If you want to go a little lower and maintain a good ride try Tein H-Tech or Eibach Pro-Kit.
