Hey all, I've asked you all about exhaust before. I was told to get an t1r or nothing cheap to degrade the s. (Any others you may suggest would be helpful)

I'm asking about a cold air intake now, K&N good? Or any others you suggest would be great!

I just put a K&N FIPK Intake on mine and I'm pritty happy with the results. It seems to pull alittle harder at the bottem end, and breath abit freer at the top.

And as for the Exhaust, I really like my Super Medallion Hyper exhaust by Tenebe. Its not much louder then stock, but it screams when you kick it, but doesn't drone like some aftermarket exhausts for the s2k.

but I'm running an AP1, I don't kow if the AP2 will benefit as much from the bottom end increase from the intake.

 

K&N or the AEM v2, most other intakes show no significant gains...

 

K & N makes power for some reason. My friend installed his and picked up 8hp I believe. He did a stock dyno run and then installed the intake.

AEM is junk along with some of the other ones like it.

A snorkel and filter will work just fine and give results.

High end JDM intakes wont show numbers on the dyno, but when on the road they work best because of the air velocity.

 

I have the K&N FIPK and I couldnt be more happy, I have had AEM CAI V1 on all my other cars and I like the FIPK better.

Yeah after being in an s2000 with AEM and one with K&N ill take K&N.

 

I have the K&N FIPK and it is awesome. I also have a fujitsubo legalis r exhaust and it is very quite. If you want a loud exhaust I would not recommend this one but if you want a quite exhaust this is the one to go with sounds almost like stock.

yup im running k&n in my s2 but just the drop in filter with hks hi-power exhaust
