I looked in the FAQ's and found a write up on how to to check for cel's on 96-00's and followed the instructions to a "T" but I'm getting nothing. I put a jumper wire between the service connectror and no flashes at all. Am I missing something here? Anyone help a brother out????

u have the push the jumper pin all the way in..push harder until u see it flashes
