Hi guys i went to get axles and seals today, and they was able to figure out what axles i need by the car syeah make and model, but they are having trouble telling me which seals i need, the car is a 90 crx si with a d16z6 swap, th tranny is not the original si tranny, how can i figure out which seals they need to order in for me.

 

Well, what transmission is it? What's the code printed on it?

 

91205-PL3-A01 left side axle seal and
91206-PL3-A01 right side axle seal...
as long at it's a D-series trans they should be the same...Now one side is a different diameter, but both will work in any D-series tranny.

 

thanks the store said they had those in stock. and to answer the other question i dont know what code is on it, i dont know where such code would me located.
