Ive tried searching but had no luck. When doing the B20 vtec swap into a crx is there any issues with ground clearence. I have a B16 and its not bad but i know the b20 is a bigger block, and i plan on running a 4-2-1 header, ive had bad luck with the 4-1's ground clearence
Ground clearance will be same, mostly. The fact it's a taller block, means its... taller sits in same way so ground clearance is not anymore an issue.

Hood clearance, meaning that huge giraffe intake manifold. I seen that problem before.

You never use that intake manifold anyways. Either find a stock B18a intake mani or pick up a skunk/blox unit.
