1999 Honda civic hatchback CX on Craigslist.. (not mine)
-->>>Listing info below<<<--
Hello everyone, Yesterday I veiwed this 1999 honda civic hatchback and I just wanted to make sure you knew a little more about it before you drove or flew out to view it. I'm not making this list so you don't go out and buy it but more so that you kind of know what to expect. Julie (owner) actually answered my ad on craigslist and I had a chance to veiw it before she had even listed it. She did give me some information about the car before I headed out there, but she forgot to mention most or all of the things on my list. sorry if this is a waist of your time but I thought it would help someone that was really interested in it..
List of things wrong with the car..
1) Driver side door Repainted (neighbor backed up into car) [Re-Paint look OK]
2) 2-3 Small dings in the left rear quarter panel.
3) Rear Bumper was repainted and it still had two scratches (Paint looked a little flat for some reason)
4) Long scratch on Right quarter panel (maybe about a foot long and it had a depth of a key scratch)
5) Front bumper has a few chips (two were real deep and about the size of nickles)
6) Hood had two indentions from where she slams the hood with her hand/palm.
7) Radio was stolen.
8) Major stain on the passanger side carpet.
Other then that the car is really nice. She's asking $6,500, but with the body work that has been done to the car I'm no longer interested..
And my search continues..

I didn't think so either.. I asked her if she would come down in price, but she said only a few hundred dollars (still way to much).. And to think yesterday I thought I had hit the lotto by finding a clean hatchback with super low mileage. TO GOOD TO BE TRUE..

take your time.. In my opinion i dont really care about motor mileage.. cause if your planning to swap.. the sohc is useless.. only care about the body+clean title.
