f4i project... non-car but still a honda :)
alright well i got my f4i about 6 months ago and it had been dropped at a low speed. rash on the left side and a huge crack and missing piece in the tail.
it still looked nice though in my opinion but i like to be different and i love for my vehicles to look clean. so my chain takes a crap on me... and i order a new one with a few other parts. while its being shipped i decide to fully strip my bike, fix the damaged plastics, and repaint her. and also since my jdm lude is under construction since the motor blew i needed to get my bike back on the road asap...
this is how she looked when i bought her (completely stock besides the high mount micron pipe):

and then i went to the paint shop... i wanted a silver but i also wanted a green flake in it to help tie it in with my chosen accent color of neon lime green. i found the perfect color.... (i believe its a chevy color) called silver green metallic. i did the body work myself and built a little make shift paint booth in my back yard and painted her. i installed a few new parts: vortex front and rear sprockets (+1,-2), chain, FI cage (painted neon lime green myself), k&n filter, and new plugs.
i then decided the cage wasnt enough and painted the rear rim the same neon lime green and hand polished the lips (the front one will be done the same as well once i get a day or two off).
this is how she turned out (sorry for the "myspace style" pic, but i love how it came out):

and one for fun...

im really happy with how she came out.
plans:
new mirrors
chopped/modified shorty pipe
painted/polished front rim
new windscreen (tinted double bubble puig)
spiked screen bolts (possibly)
black rear fender/chain cover
flush mount clear front blinkers
hope you like it and thanks for looking...

productive criticism....
but the cage will remain (for the same reasons slaberdy stated, thanks by the way), the rear rim will stay that color and the front will be painted and polished the same.
i gave my little brother (the yellow f4i in one of the pics above) my mirrors because his didnt have any when he bought it and its his first bike so i wanted him to be as safe as possible.
im getting new mirrors within a week or two hopefully.
thanks for the comment though.

Get a smoked windscreen.
Paint the rear wheel black.
Get some mirrors.</TD></TR></TABLE>
...Especially if hes not a stuntrider or attempting to be one. Why would he get a smoked windscreen? it would look like every other bike. The wheel is cool if he likes it, its different. There is nothing wrong with stuntriding too so dont be a dick
I like the highmount Micron

i wear a jacket most of the time when its highway riding but if its hot as hell in florida i wont where a jacket. might be investing in the icon armor vest thing. it saved a friends life already and its something that wouldnt be to hot to wear. i never ride without a helmet... ever. and i ordered my gloves but they are taking forever to get in.
thanks for the comment man i appreciate it.

and the bike looks a hell of a lot better now

Looks pretty cool. You need a rear tire hugger man, 'cause after all, they add like 12 whp and increase aerodynamic downforce.

thanks everyone for the feedback.
options: i will hopefully be getting a black rear tire hugger with chain cover. im sick of cleaning up around my chain everyday so it will be coming soon hopefully. and i definintely want the extra 12whp.
