Default Is there a diff between 97+ injectors vs. 92-96?

I know 92-96 are 345cc and have the resistor box and 97+ are 290cc and dont have to have it. Im doing an h2b in my 2000 civic and i have both sets of injectors and a resistor box. Just curious if running 345cc and wiring up the resisitor box is going to make a diff or not. Is one set really better then the other?

The 345cc are Peak and Hold, while the 290cc are Saturated.

And obviously the 345cc have a higher fuel capacity..

92-96 runs at lower pressure, around 36psi i believe, which puts them at flowing 310cc. The 290s run at 50ish psi which puts them at 310cc as well.
