I have this POS accord... that doesnt let me rev pass 3000-3500rpms... and couldnt drive pass 40mph... so took it to pepboys they told me computer shows crank positioning sensor.. so got that changed... nothing changed at all... so next i call a buddy of mine told him the issue.. he suggested fuel pump... i know fuel pumps dont do that really but what the hell...changed that also... NOTHING changed same bullshit... so talked to angel he suggested MAP sensor... changed that also.. not a fawking thing changed!!! so then took it to a shop AGAIN... they told me its the ECU... im like GREAT!!! fawk et.. got the another ECU and had it reprogrammed to my car... and WAM!!! CEL is gone.. so now im like THANK GOD... so here we go for a test drive... and BAM!!! cant rev pass 3500rpm again.. but this time car can actually get close to 60mph... and if u floor it tranny will downshift but engine boggs like if it has a fuel but type of chet... so basically ANY SUGGESTIONS??? at this point in time... im about to burn the fawking car...

You have spent some real money on guessing, even a code from a scanner requires testing, one quick test drive with a professional scanner hooked up and someone who can read it will probably see if there is a misfire from a bad injector or a distributor problem or if the crank sensor is dropping out due to a bad connection. I have seen all three of these cause a RPM limiting effect, plus an all out bad ECU.
