rear window wiper sprayer`

i just got my car re-painted, and I took off the rear window wipers and the sprayer after it got painted. I should have welded the hole when I was doing the rest of the body work, but I didn't think about it. I shaved the antenna hole, and don't have an antenna, so I was thinking of putting one of those bmw shark fin antenna in place of the rear window sprayer to fill the hole, what do you guys think about it?
