Undertail kit and I think it's a 2002.

As for the tank, it has a dragon sticker so I think the dragon bit it

Its an '02. And the dent in the tank came from a highside coming out of turn 11 at JenningsGP

Yeah the bike did flip over. The rider was knocked out, and broke bones in both hands
