best is subjective, meaning there is no best.

anything with a chambered muffler will be relatively quiet.
anything that is straight through will likely be a little loud to loud
the more resonators, the quieter it is

I have the Evo 2, it sounds nice pretty deep and not attention grabbing loud. Before I put on my header it did get a bit buzzy before VTEC.

I never had the car on a dyno before I had the exhaust so I can't say how much it helped.

But yeah you need to figure out what you want out of your parts before you can decide on which one is the best for you.

The best exhaust for my car isn't gonna be all that great if your running a T3/T4 57trim turbocharger at 15PSI now is it.
